this page covers the two forms on tokenthread.ai — the waitlist and the company-updates signup. we store what you submit, use it to contact you, and don't share it. email us to delete your record any time.
01 scope
this policy applies to the two forms on tokenthread.ai: the waitlist form and the company-updates email signup. when the product launches it will have its own terms covering product data; those are not in scope here.
02 what we collect
only the fields you submit through one of the forms:
- waitlist: work email, company name, your role, your team's approximate monthly LLM spend bracket, and the timestamp of submission
- company updates: the email address you entered, and the timestamp of submission
we do not run analytics on this site, and we do not load third-party trackers or advertising pixels.
03 how we use it
- waitlist entries — to contact you about access to the tokenthread private beta and to help us decide who to onboard first based on the use case described
- company-updates entries — to send occasional updates about what we're building. you can unsubscribe at any time
04 where it lives, and who sees it
submissions are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). access is limited to the tokenthread team. we do not sell, rent, or share this data, and we do not use it to train models.
05 your rights

- see what we have on file for you
- correct it
- delete it
we'll respond within 30 days.
06 changes to this policy
we may update this page as the product develops. if a change materially affects how we handle entries already on file, we'll email the address you submitted.
